Your role

• Manage daily account administration tasks (e.g., workflow supervision, scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, estimates, maintaining records) under the guidance of the Country Manager and Client Success team.
• Ensure that clients are efficiently charged for the work the agency has performed
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and apply knowledge of business development and digital marketing in real-world client scenarios.
• Cultivate a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for all assigned projects.
• Explore and implement innovative approaches to enhance workflow efficiency, leveraging AI technology to improve work quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage actively in discussions, debates, and feedback to refine our work.
• Receive comprehensive support from the entire department and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  

Qualification

• This person must have solid foundation in Marketing, with a focus on Digital Marketing.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication skills for daily client interactions are essential.
• A big plus if you have experience in the production process (KV, TVC, Video), been involved in at least 1-2 productions (at any scale)
• Familiar with payment process/paperwork required to exchange with all stakeholders (internal, PH, clients, other agencies, etc.)
• Good command of English speaking and writing skills to work with foreign partners
• Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time and detail-oriented
• Great sense of common – able to persuade or generate cooperation
• Flexible and have a “can do” attitude
